dinner tonight

Pacific organics tomato bisque soup

1 cup brown rice(2cups cooked)

I can of tuna fish

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tbsp fresh garlic

New Recipe.

1 can tuna

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 tsp minced fresh garlic

1 tsp cayenne pepper

4 sliced baby bella mushrooms

Make into a sauce to top barley. 

Steamed fresh green beans with garlic sauce on the side.

Whole grain gnocchi and marinara sauce for dinner with grain dog and mustard mm mm.

Today I decided to take my hour long bike ride before dinner. Drank a protein shake while it was cooking. And can’t barely eat my dinner. How to consume enough calories??

Ate a huge dinner today and then went for an hour long bikeride. Might vom.

I need a bigger space to practice yoga. I just drifted sideways in a headstand and stubbed my toe on the wall…Ouch.
